Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please:

  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Securely package items to prevent damage
  • Ship to: Baby Clothing Shop, 260 Park Avenue, Pooler, US 31322

📦 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Step 3: Processing

Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.

Refund Details

Once approved:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Allow additional time for your bank/PayPal to post the credit (typically 3-10 business days).
  • Method: Refunds go to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Amount: Original item cost minus any shipping fees (unless return is due to our error).

Exchange Details

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

International Returns
