At Tiny Trends Baby, we stand behind our quality baby essentials. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of clothing, accessories, or gear, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery.
Easy 3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Email our parent-friendly support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return (helps us improve!)
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Kids Shoes
Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please:
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Securely package items to prevent damage
- Ship to: Baby Clothing Shop, 260 Park Avenue, Pooler, US 31322
📦 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Step 3: Processing
Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.
Refund Details
Once approved:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Allow additional time for your bank/PayPal to post the credit (typically 3-10 business days).
- Method: Refunds go to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Amount: Original item cost minus any shipping fees (unless return is due to our error).
Exchange Details
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
- Free shipping applies to exchanges over $50
Special Considerations
🚫 Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Body Suits, Hats/Mittens, Leggings/Socks, and Swimwear unless defective or incorrect. Diaper bags and accessories must be in original packaging with tags attached.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding parts of Asia and remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
